How Do I Invite a Yunite to a Discord Server?

Discord is a popular communication platform for gamers and communities alike. It allows users to create servers, join different channels, and interact with others.

One useful feature of Discord is the ability to invite bots like Yunite to your server. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of inviting Yunite to your Discord server.

Step 1: Login to the Discord Developer Portal

To invite Yunite to your server, you need to access the Discord Developer Portal. Open your web browser and navigate to https://discord.com/developers/applications.

Step 2: Create a New Application

In the Discord Developer Portal, click on the “New Application” button located in the top right corner of the page. Give your application a name (e.g., “Yunite Bot”) and click on “Create”.

Step 3: Add a Bot User

In the left sidebar, select “Bot” under the settings section. Click on “Add Bot” and confirm by clicking on “Yes, do it!”. This will create a bot user for your application.

Step 4: Generate an Invite Link

Navigate back to the “General Information” tab in the left sidebar. Scroll down until you find the “Bot Permissions” section. Here, you can customize what permissions you want Yunite to have on your server.

  • Select Permissions:
    • Manage Roles
    • Kick Members
    • Ban Members
    • View Channels
    • Send Messages
    • Embed Links

Note: These permissions are necessary for Yunite to function properly. You can adjust them based on your server’s needs.

After selecting the appropriate permissions, scroll up and click on the “Copy” button next to “Token”. Keep this token secure, as it grants access to your bot.

Step 5: Invite Yunite to Your Server

Now that you have generated an invite link for Yunite, it’s time to invite the bot to your server. Open a new tab in your web browser and paste the following URL:

https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=YOUR_CLIENT_ID&scope=bot&permissions=YOUR_PERMISSIONS

Note: Replace “YOUR_CLIENT_ID” with the client ID of your application (found in the “General Information” tab) and “YOUR_PERMISSIONS” with the numerical value of the permissions you selected earlier.

You will be prompted to select a server where you want Yunite to be added. Choose the desired server from the dropdown menu and click on “Authorize”.

Congratulations!

You have successfully invited Yunite to your Discord server. The bot will now be visible in your server’s member list. To customize its behavior or access additional features, refer to Yunite’s documentation or commands list.

We hope this tutorial has helped you understand how to invite a Yunite bot to your Discord server. Enjoy utilizing its powerful moderation and verification capabilities!
