How Do I Delete a Discord Server on My iPad?

Discord is a popular communication platform that allows users to create and manage their own servers. If you’ve decided that you no longer need a particular server and want to delete it from your iPad, this tutorial will guide you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Open the Discord App

If you haven’t already, locate the Discord app on your iPad’s home screen and tap on it to open.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

If you’re not already logged in, enter your email/username and password to access your Discord account.

Step 3: Access Server Settings

Once you’re logged in, locate the server you wish to delete from the list of servers on the left-hand side of the screen. Tap on its name to access its settings.

Note:

If the server isn’t visible, swipe right from the left edge of your screen to reveal the server list or tap on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 4: Open Server Settings

In order to delete a server, you need to access its settings. To do this:

  • For Text Channels: Tap on #TextChannels.
  • For Voice Channels: Tap on Voice Channels.
  • For Category Channels: Tap on #CategoryName.

Step 5: Navigate to Server Settings

You are now in the server settings section. To proceed, tap on the three dots at the top right corner of your screen. This will open a dropdown menu with various options.

Step 6: Delete Server

In the dropdown menu, scroll down and tap on Delete Server. A confirmation alert will pop up asking if you are sure about deleting the server.

Note:

Deleting a server is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you have backed up any important data before proceeding.

Step 7: Confirm Deletion

To confirm the deletion, tap on the Delete Server button in the confirmation alert. The server will be permanently deleted from your Discord account.

Congratulations! You have successfully deleted a Discord server from your iPad. Remember that this action cannot be undone, so make sure you are certain before proceeding with the deletion process.
