How Do I Add TikTok Emoji to My Discord Server?

Heather Bennett

TikTok is a popular social media platform that allows users to create and share short videos. Discord, on the other hand, is a widely used communication platform for gamers and communities.

If you’re an active user of both TikTok and Discord, you may want to add some fun elements from TikTok to your Discord server, such as TikTok emojis. Here’s how you can do it!

Step 1: Find the TikTok Emoji

The first step is to find the TikTok emoji that you want to add to your Discord server. You can search for TikTok emojis on various websites or use a search engine like Google. Once you find the perfect emoji, make sure to save it on your device.

Step 2: Convert the Emoji to Unicode

In order to use the TikTok emoji on Discord, you’ll need to convert it into its Unicode representation. There are online tools available that can help you with this conversion. Simply upload or copy-paste the emoji image into the tool, and it will provide you with the Unicode code.

Step 3: Open Discord

Open your Discord application or go to the Discord website and log in with your account credentials.

Step 4: Access Server Settings

  1. On the left side of the screen, locate and click on your desired server name.
  2. A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Scroll down and click on “Server Settings”.

Step 5: Click on “Emoji”

In the server settings menu, click on “Emoji” from the options available in the left sidebar.

Step 6: Upload the Emoji

  1. In the “Emoji” menu, click on the “Upload Emoji” button located at the top right corner.
  2. A file explorer window will appear. Browse and select the TikTok emoji image that you saved in Step 1.
  3. Discord will automatically convert the image into an emoji. You can also add a name for your emoji.
  4. Click on the “Save” button to upload the TikTok emoji to your Discord server.

Step 7: Using the TikTok Emoji

Now that you have successfully added the TikTok emoji to your Discord server, it’s time to use it in your chats!

In Text Chat:

To use the TikTok emoji in a text chat, simply type “:” followed by the name of your emoji. For example, if you named your emoji “tiktok”, type “:tiktok”.

Discord will suggest your custom emoji as you start typing. Select it from the suggestions, and it will be sent in your message.

In Voice Channels:

If you want to use the TikTok emoji in voice channels, hover over your username or click on the settings icon next to your name. From there, select “Change Nickname”.

In the nickname field, type “:” followed by the name of your emoji and save it. Your nickname will now display with the TikTok emoji whenever you are active in a voice channel.

Congratulations! You have successfully added and used a TikTok emoji on your Discord server. Have fun expressing yourself with these fun emojis from TikTok!
